New Tab In Firefox Fowards Desired Changes and Deletes Search Bar

By following the steps below you have to create a new tab that opens directly to a home or other pages. By using this extension: https: / / addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1122 /

1. Download and install the extension
2. Click Tools
3. Select the Tab Mix Plus Options
4. Click Event
5. Click the tab Tab Opening
6. In the Load on New Tabs in box dropdowns select Home

If you want to open to a page other than your home page, select User Location and enter whatever page you want.

IE 7: How To Delete Search Bar

If you do not use the Search Bar in IE7 and would like it removed from the browser, simply do the following:

1. Open Notepad and copy the following:
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREPoliciesMicrosoftInternet ExplorerInfodeliveryRestrictions]
"NoSearchBox" = dword: 00000001

2. Save the text file and rename it to eg "IE7_NoSearchBar". Then join the registry by clicking on the file.

To return to the Search Bar using the browser:
